Along with the number of students applying to universities in the U.S the number of students taking gap years has also increased. Gap years can be very daunting without any guidance or mentorship. In the current education system, taking a gap year is frowned upon by both parents and educators, pushing students to go to university before discovering anything about themselves. We created a full-year program to support students in exploring their interests, doing internships, and preparing the most ideal application! We will identify each student’s interests and build on them to create a personalized curriculum that boasts test preparation, application development, internships, and volunteering projects.
