Meet Gandi.
Born and raised in Bayan-Adarga, Khentii (a rural town in Mongolia with a population of only 2 thousand people), a product of public schools, her background didn't scream 'Ivy League.' Yet, inside her was a burning ambition that just needed a chance to shine.
That's where we stepped in as she applied to our school. We recognized her self-motivation and potential during our holistic admissions process, welcomed her into our school, supporting her dream with 60% financial aid because full tuition was out of her reach.
Then the real work began. Absolute commitment. Personalized and relentless approach. We were by her side every step of the way, offering guidance, encouragement, and the resources she needed to excel.

From co-creating curriculums to 1:1 mentorship, you’ll be the beacon leading students towards their dreams of Ivy League glory and beyond. Here’s what your days with us might look like:

📌 Sitting down, 1:1, giving that personalized nudge to a student who’s on the brink of a breakthrough,

📌 Connecting with local successful businessmen & entreprenuers who are out there shaping the world right now,

Embark on an apprenticeship like no other, experiencing Mongolian lifestyle and culture. Here's a glimpse into the unique features that await you:
🌟 Naadam Festival: Feel the pulse of Mongolia's biggest cultural festival. Witness the "Three Games of Men" — horse racing, archery, and wrestling — and celebrate the spirit of nomadic life!
🌟 Terelj National Park: Ride horses through the vast, open landscapes of Terelj National Park.
🌟 Collaboration with local entrepreneurs and global thinkers who visit us to mentor and get mentored.
🌟 Cultural Integration: From traditional music and art to the everyday lives of herders, immerse yourself in practices and perspectives that have shaped Mongolian identity for centuries.

Strong interest in entrepreneurship or passion for pursuing a career in the education sector,
Commitment to making a social impact and promoting educational equity,
Willingness to embrace cultural differences and engage with diverse perspectives,
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or graduated from one of the top 25 universities in the U.S,
Available to be present in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, from June 17 to August 16, 2024,
Able to effectively communicate complex concepts, adapt teaching methods to diverse learners,
Demonstrate leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and build positive relationships with students,
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
